Cancellation & Modifications Policy
  • Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours before the arrival or departure date.
  • Cancellation or modification made within 24 hours before your arrival, the initial deposit will be non-refundable.
  • For High Season (December): Cancellation should be made 48 hours before the arrival or departure
  • For Departure: modification or cancellation, it should be made 24 hours before you schedule departure.
  • For Departure: Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered a no-show & no-refundable for one-way transfer.
  • For Departure: Late appearance or presence at the lobby by 15 minutes or more after the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a no-show and no-refundable one-way transfer. (Please note: the driver waiting period is a maximum of 15 minutes starting at the time of the scheduled pick up)
 
Payment Policy

Initial Deposit:

We require 30% of the total cost to guarantee the transfer

Balance:

The balance will be paid upon your arrival by cash and debit/credit card

We recommend paying by CASH in USD upon arrival

Before booking with Riviera Maya Concierge, please be aware that we are not part of nor related to any hotels in Riviera Maya or Los Cabos.

Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, many taxis or people will be offering you a transportation which is more cheaper. Although the service is cheaper, we STRONGLY advise you not to take the transportation, this is for YOUR OWN SAFETY. We will prioritize your SAFETY ALWAYS.

Some people talk to you at the airport, pretending to be our agency, and will inform you that our agency to confirm of refunding your money and will let you talk to them and you will pay more to this tax. Please do not entertain them as they trying to take a taxi.
